Yamaha FG-500

I bought this second hand for £350 in 1975 from a (long-since closed) shop in
Shaftsbury Avenue, London. I have never seen another one. I believe it was
probably made mid-sixties and was top of the line at the time. Its all solid tone-wood
and has been compared favourably with Martins of similar vintage (by me, of course,
as I havent got a Martin !). This guitar has paid for itself many times over since, as I used to use it
for busking (what a waste) and also for solo finger picking gigs.
Years ago, I stuck a stupid transfer on it while under the influence of Cadbury's Biscuits
